Fire breathers are performers who can produce a fireball by breathing a fine mist of fuel over an open flame. Although they lack the training needed to be adventurers, they are capable of using their performance skills to defend themselves if need be.
The fire breather could make a PC-worthy class choice, but only for players who wish to create a character who is more interested in performance, than adventuring. That said, the fire breather class is generally reserved for NPCs who happen to be traveling performers.

The following are class features for the fire breather class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The fire breather is proficient in the use of one simple weapon and with light armor, but not shields.
Fire Breathing (Ex): A fire breather is capable of producing a burst of flame in a 15 ft. cone once every 1d4 rounds. The blast always starts at any intersection adjacent to the fire breather, and extends in a direction of the fire breather’s choice. The attack deals 1d4 points of damage at 1st level, and increases by 2d4 every three fire breather levels thereafter. Creatures caught in the area can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage. The save DC against the fire breather’s attack is 10 + ½ the fire breather’s level + the fire breather’s Con modifier.
